'Publication' in brief.

1. Toget Publication's control panel

click on 'Web applications -> Publication main menu item:

2. Publication's control sub-panels

2.1. Settings:

Setting sub-panel is to set up general appearance of TOC and individual article.

2.2. Chapters.

Chapters sub-panel is to create / edit / delete categories in order to group articles into logically related subsets - 'Chapters'.

2.3. Articles

Sub panel Articles display the content of selected chapter and provides tools to modify each article.
Drop down Control 1 allows to select Chapter
Controls 3, 4 and 5 is to modify Article's name (title), Chapter, this article belongs to and relative position inside chapter.
! Do not forget to click 'Submit' button (6) after changes are made!
Link 'Delete Articl' (7) removes Article from system permanently.
Link 'Edit Article' (8) opens new page ('Edit Article' sub panel) for modification ov the Article's content:

'Edit Article' sub panel contains 2 WYSIWYG text arias for Brief description (10) and Full story (11).
Each area is accompanied with own toolbox (12) for text formating and own list of available pictures at the right.
The picture (image) may be previewed by ckicking on its name (13).
To insert picture into the text click button 14 besides the picture name.
Plain HTML content of the articl may be observed end edited by checking box ''View Source' 15.
! Do not forget to click 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page after changes are made!

2.3. New Article

Sub panel 'New Articles' is to add new article to the system.
Its layout and functionality is similar to 'Edit Article sub panel with following additions:

Dropdown Chapter selector (16), that allow to assign new article to particular chapter
'Title' feld to enter name of the new article.
